Father’s Day Gift Guide: Unique Gifts Dad Will Love
Hello Friends,
Today I want to share with you a unique Father’s Day gift gift guide, filled with gifts Dad will love! I really want to help you give the dads in your life great gifts that will not only be something that they will like, but will create a memory with them as well. The unique part of this list is that most of the gifts are meant to be done together so you can make memories, which in my opinion are the real gift. If you don’t think any of these gifts are quite righ,t then I hope they inspire a gift that you think is right.

– A round of golf for the two of you or more if you’d like.
– A great hike, perhaps a hike with great scenery to practice nature photography. You can find hikes close to you and by specific features like lakes or waterfalls, length, and difficulty, on All Trails. This is my personal favorite because there is just something about a hike that brings about the best conversations.
– A mountain bike ride together. This is a favorite activity of my husband and he can’t wait for our children to be able to go with him on the trail.
– A day at the gun range together.
– A session or package of sessions with a personal trainer. This may not seem that fun to everyone but there is something so motivating about working out with someone else in addition to them just being an accountability partner. Also there is something so pure about the excitement someone expresses when they accomplish a fitness goal like beating a personal best record.
– A class for something he is interested in learning to do; like welding, woodworking, or photography. It will give the two of you something else in common that you can talk about and do together.

– Get an aquarium that you can fill and maintain together! I know I have a bias because our family business; LotsaFishies is all things pond, aquarium, and aquaponics, but there is something about making and maintaining a small ecosystem in your home together that is so enjoyable.
– The children can make dad dinner and dessert and everyone can watch a movie of his choice together.
– Everyone can hang out in the yard together and the children can do all the yard work for dad while he sits back and relaxes, or maybe they’re really young and he shows them how to do the yard work for the first time, if yard work is something dad genuinely enjoys and would be happy to include the children in.
– The children can write a silly story or play that they read aloud or can put on for him. Who doesn’t love some sweet belly laughs together?
– The last idea I have is to get dad something sleep related like a great new pillow that stays cool or is designed for sleeping in a certain position. The reason for this specific kind of present is because for some reason, it seems like it is harder on dads to lose sleep at night when children are babies. Maybe God just made women better equipped to handle lack of sleep knowing that we would have to get up to feed our babies. The pillow or other sleep related gift is to help dad sleep better and in a cute way to make up for hindering sleep when they were babies.

I hope you try giving a dad in your life a gift from this list or that it inspires you to get him the perfect gift. I hope you enjoy a wonderful Father’s Day with your dad, husband, or any other dads you’re celebrating!
Your Friend,
Amanda
